These stress reduction, break time, activities, will keep you body limber and your fingers nimble. If you use these typing warm up exercises, and if you follow the advice of the "Little Professor" in the NimbleFingers keyboarding program, we will have you happly typing away in "no time."

Exercises are needed because they help relieve the stress and tension that can occur with high volume repetitive tasks. Long periods of time spent in typing and data entry tasks have proved to be a problem for some people. See keyboarding ideas - Carpal Tunnel Syndrome for more information.

You need to warm up your finger and body muscles before starting to type. Then you need to take breaks, and engage in stress reduction activities. At least stretch and get the blood flowing again.
