Write an algorithm, and draw a flowchart for the following steps you need to follow for ordering office paper:
The company has a policy to use recycled paper whenever it is available.
The supplier's name is ACME Paper. The person that usually handles your company account is named Maria.
If Maria is not in when you call, Jose can help you too. Nobody besides Maria and Jose can help you, so if they are not in when you call, then leave a message.
You need 10 reams of yellow 100% recycled paper. If they don't have 10 reams of yellow 100% recycled paper, your second choice is 10 reams yellow 50% recycled paper. If that is not available, you will have to order white recycled paper. If that is unavailable, you can order white 20% recycled paper, which they always have.
After placing the order, tell them to put it on the company account if it is 100% yellow recycled paper using Purchase order R-1001. Otherwise you need to have them send a separate invoice directly to the the Corporate Recycling Manager with a Purchase Order N-1001.
