Ashley is the coolest chick that ever came around the block. I always tell her she's hot, and you know what she says when i say that? 'thanks.' i love it! Man, it's impossible not to laugh around her, because she's just so darn funny! Ashley is one rulin' sports girl, except for skiing, but we won't get into that. We've been friends for a few years, but it seems like we've know each other forever. We have soo many inside jokes that nobody knows about. Par exemple: "Mr. Reeves, are you gay?" "sometimes!" ok, i know that doesn't sound funny at all, but there's a story behind it. It started in french class, that's all I'm saying. Another one that started in french class, was the half-troll, half-goat lady. People can only assume who it is. We're pretty creative people when it comes to other people. We make up stories about them.
RAYCENE!!! (AKA: Race, Raisin, Something I can't say, and Dork)
Raycene is another of the best of the best. She is beee-autiful! (we were talking about the word last night, and how no one ever says it to describe people anymore) We've been buds since the day she stopped hating me for being able to read. . . haha. Hey, that was in grade 1, so, it's been lonnng over for a looonnnng time. The thing we really can't wait for is being able to drive, because we're going to go on a road trip away from salmo ASAP. Raycene is one incredibly awesome ski racer, and one day, I know she'll earn a gold medal (if she hasn't already and just not told me). She made it to the Whistler Cup in 1998, in 1999, she suffered a broken leg, but this year she is hoping to make it to whistler again. And she will! She's one pretty neat gal.
VIRGINIA!!! (AKA: Vee, SV, OP, Sweet Vee, Ginny, Gin, and Moment Girl) Virginia is definetly the jeezliest girl I've ever known. I've known her all my life, since my parents and her parents are friends. Vee's my snowboarding buddy, we basically just started this year, and we are getting the good hang of it, since we've only gone a few times! (well about 20, i don't know, but there are more times to come!) I have a lot of fun with her, and we are singing buddies. The thing we do the most together is sing. When we are going up the ski lift, when we are in the hallways, when we are in cars, when we're on the phone, basically everywhere. We may not be exactly the best singers you've ever listened to, but, we don't really care, cause we don't usually sing around people. I guess you could say it is our "passion"! She rules.
ALISSA!!! (AKA: 'Lisa) Yeah, 'lisa has only one nickname at the moment, and it kinda sucks, because I can't embarrass her too easily. We're both raging coffee freaks. Whenever we need to talk about something, it's "Lisa, let's go for coffee today" We both basically agree that summer is the best time of the year, because we're out of school, and we get to do more crazy, stupid things. We have a habit of making up stupid words, for example: noomokokal. We got that from and ad about this disease at the place we go for coffee. It's actually some kind of disease, but, we decided to change the meaning just a tad. We've got jeezliest, ashbelties, (that's our fave, but too many people started to use it) hmm . . . we have many others, I just can't remember them right now. That's pretty sad. 'Lisa and I do prettty crazy things sometimes, but give us a break, if we weren't the way we are, we'd be pretty darn bored.
DUSTIN!!! (AKA: Hottie, Stud, Macho Man) Dustin is my most best guy bud in the whole world. Unfortunately, he moved to Sooke a while ago, so we can't joke around that much anymore. But, every once in a while we phone each other or email each other, just so we can bug each other. Our favorite thing to do when he still lived here was 'people watch' or 'make fun of people watch' which is basically the same thing, just one is in nicer words.
